The Real Bottleneck

The Problem Isn't Strategy. It's That Your Team Has Never Built One Together.

Most churches have individual leaders who understand pieces of generosity culture. But those leaders have never been in the same room, building the same plan, from the same framework. That misalignment is why the strategy never sticks.

01 —

Your pastor and comms team aren't working from the same playbook

The pastor preaches generosity as discipleship. The comms director writes it as a campaign. Neither is wrong — but they're not aligned, and the congregation feels the gap.

02 —

Your strategy lives in someone's head, not in a document

Every time a key staff member leaves, your generosity strategy leaves with them. No playbook, no calendar, no documented voice guide. The Intensive fixes that in one day.

03 —

You need alignment fast — not six months from now

Whether a capital campaign is approaching, year-end is looming, or giving has plateaued — the foundation is the same. Aligned leadership, formed congregation, and a system that runs year-round.

The Day

What actually happens from 8:30 to 5:00.

This is not a keynote with a workbook. Every session is hands-on — your team is writing, mapping, and building in real time. By the working lunch, you're already reviewing a full year's generosity calendar. You leave with six completed deliverables in hand. Seven more are delivered within one week.

Where You'll Land

This is what your church looks like
the week after the Intensive.

Not theoretical. Not aspirational. Concrete and specific — because every item below was built during the workshop.

Leadership Alignment

Your team walks out of the room unified — and stays that way.

+
Pastoral and communications leadership operate from the same framework, the same language, and the same formation arc
Your vision statement is written, approved, and embedded in how leadership talks about giving
Every person in the room leaves with specific ownership over specific deliverables and deadlines
The culture built in the workshop is documented — it doesn't leave when a staff member does
Immediate Execution

You have a finished plan — not a homework assignment.

+
The Annual Generosity Calendar is live — every touchpoint planned for the next 12 months
Three offering moment scripts are ready to deliver the next Sunday your pastor steps to the mic
The 90-Day Action Plan is in motion — owners assigned, deadlines set, no ambiguity
Your comms director has the language standards and templates to write generosity content with confidence
Systems Installed

Everything documented. Nothing dependent on any one person.

+
The Branded Generosity Culture Playbook is complete — the whole strategy lives in one shareable document
First-Time Giver Email Sequence is ready to deploy — the most costly gap in most churches' giving culture, closed
KPI Dashboard is active — giving patterns tracked quarterly, anticipated rather than reacted to
25-Piece Swipe File gives your comms team copy across every format, immediately usable
Cultural Foundation

You're no longer reacting. You're leading.

+
The year-end campaign is no longer assembled in a panic — you have the blueprint, the email cadence, and the timeline months in advance
First-time givers enter a formation pathway rather than falling through the cracks
Your leadership team has shared conviction — generosity culture is no longer one person's project
If a capital campaign is in your future, you now have the culture foundation that determines whether it succeeds
This is the work that matters —

Generosity isn't a line item.
It's how your church funds everything it believes in.

The churches that build a giving culture aren't the ones with the most gifted fundraisers. They're the ones with leaders who got in a room together, built something real, and had the courage to run it. That's all this is. One day. Your team. A plan that holds.

Our Promise

2X Your Investment Within 6 Months. Or We Keep Working.

Your investment in the Generosity Blueprint Intensive will pay for itself at least 2X within 6 months of implementation. If your church implements the 90-Day Action Plan and does not see measurable giving growth exceeding 2X the workshop fee, we will provide three additional strategy sessions at no charge — working alongside you until you get there.

Unlike the Accelerator's full refund guarantee, the Intensive guarantee provides extended strategic support rather than a cash refund — because the most common cause of underperformance is incomplete implementation, not a broken framework. We don't walk away. We stay until it works.

Execute at least 80% of your 90-Day Action Plan items
Launch your Annual Generosity Calendar within 30 days of the workshop
Deploy at least one automated communication sequence
Your pastor delivers at least two offering moments using the scripts written in the workshop

Is This Right for You?

Built for churches where alignment is the bottleneck.

The Intensive is most impactful for churches with 400+ weekly attenders where multiple leaders share responsibility for generosity culture — but have never been in the same room, building the same plan, at the same time.

Book a Strategy Call
This is for you if —

You have 400+ weekly attenders and multiple leaders with shared responsibility for generosity — and you've never built a unified strategy together in the same room.

This is for you if —

You want to build the giving culture foundation that makes year-end campaigns, major giver conversations, and long-term growth possible — before you need them to be.

This is for you if —

You need alignment fast — a complete blueprint in one day that your team built together and can execute immediately, not a 6-month engagement.

This is for you if —

A capital campaign is anywhere in your future. The Intensive — and the Capital Campaign Readiness Roadmap included as Bonus 6 — tells you honestly whether your congregation and culture are ready.

Not the right fit if —

You're under 150 AWA with a solo pastor as your only communicator. The Generosity Seed Program is built for that season and will serve you better.

Not the right fit if —

Your Executive Pastor and Communications Director can't commit to the full day. Those two roles are required for the Intensive to deliver its full value.

Questions

What You're Probably Wondering.

Still have questions? A 30-minute conversation is always faster than reading FAQs.

Does our Senior Pastor need to be there for the whole day?+
No — the Senior Pastor is not required for the full day. The Intensive is designed so the Executive Pastor can fully represent the church's theological conviction and lead the day on their own. That said, having your Lead Pastor in the room — even for part of the day, especially Sessions 2 (Vision Alignment) and 4 (Offering Moment Scripting) — meaningfully deepens the quality of what gets built. If they can join for a few hours, bring them. If they can't, the Intensive still delivers everything it promises.
How is the Intensive different from the Generosity Culture Accelerator?+
Both programs build a complete generosity culture strategy — but they take fundamentally different paths. The Accelerator is a 6-month coaching engagement: ongoing sessions, progressive skill-building, deep implementation accountability, and a full Generosity Culture Playbook built over time. The Intensive is one full day in the room with your leadership team: rapid alignment, six deliverables built live, and seven more delivered within the week. Churches that choose the Intensive typically need full leadership alignment quickly. The two are also mutual upsells — churches that do the Intensive often continue with the Accelerator to keep momentum going.
Why only two per month?+
Each Intensive requires 2–3 weeks of pre-work before the day — reviewing your giving data, building the audit framework, and customizing the day's materials to your church specifically. Then there's post-workshop delivery: 7 deliverables produced within the week following, including the 12 additional offering moment scripts, first-time giver sequence, KPI dashboard, year-end blueprint, and giving page audit. Two per month is the limit that lets us give every church the full attention its investment deserves.
How far in advance should we book?+
Because we only run two Intensives per month, dates fill on a first-deposit basis. For churches wanting their generosity plan in place before year-end, we recommend booking no later than August to secure a September or early October date. If you're reading this mid-year, the next 30–60 days often have open slots — but they don't last long.
What does "travel billed at cost" mean exactly?+
Flights, ground transportation, and accommodation are billed at actual cost — no markup. You'll receive receipts. For churches within driving distance of the Pacific Northwest, travel costs are minimal or zero. For churches requiring a flight, typical travel adds $400–$900 depending on location. We discuss travel expectations during the initial booking process so there are no surprises at invoicing.
We're considering a capital campaign. Is the Intensive a good first step?+
It's one of the best things you can do before launching one. Campaign consultants assume your giving culture is already healthy and your congregation is formed. The Intensive — and specifically the Capital Campaign Readiness Roadmap included as Bonus 6 — tells you honestly where you stand before you commit to a campaign timeline. The Intensive builds the generosity culture foundation. The capital campaign comes after that foundation exists.
How do we prepare for the day?+
Once your date is booked, you'll receive a pre-work packet — typically a giving health data pull, a brief intake questionnaire for each attending leader, and any existing communications materials. This pre-work is what allows us to arrive with the audit already framed, Session 1 already personalized, and the day's materials already reflecting your church's specific context. The pre-work takes about 90 minutes total across the team.
